IOP Addiction Treatment in Oceanside, CA

IOP Addiction Treatment in Oceanside, CA

Oceanside's unique blend of military resilience, surf culture, and small-town warmth creates a powerful backdrop for recovery. Our IOP is located just minutes from the 5 freeway, making it easy to attend sessions from anywhere in San Diego North County. We understand the local pressures—from the high-stress pace of Camp Pendleton families to the service industry's late nights—and we address them directly in group therapy.

Here, recovery isn't confined to a sterile office. You'll practice distress tolerance while listening to waves at Oceanside Harbor, build sober social skills during coffee runs at Local Roots, and discover new hobbies like paddleboarding or beach volleyball. Our staff know the local resources—sober living homes, employment help, and weekend meetings—and we connect you personally, so your IOP feels less like a program and more like a new way to live in Oceanside.
